Turnaround from failing all classes to passing all in one month
I took my son here when I thought there was no help of him passing his classes. From the very beginning they were so encouraging and told me that if my son worked hard he can pass all grades. So in a months time he went from almost failing all subjects to passing all subjects. The program definitely works , money well spent for your child's future.
Huntington changes our lives!
We brought our daughter here for Math help. After doing an evaluation, we discovered that she was actually having difficulty with comprehension too! She has been enrolled for 2 months now and I have definitely seen a big difference! We're not fighting over HW anymore and she actually has taken the initiative to start it on her own! Huntington has changed our lives!
Our first grader was struggling with reading. He now picks up books to read on his own.
My son is in first grade and was struggling with reading. He couldn't identify all of his letters nor did he know the sounds they made. We are now 2 months into the program and his entire attitude toward reading has changed and he is more confident now! We don't fight over homework anymore AND he is picking up books to read on his own! What a difference this had made in our lives. The teachers have been amazing! Thank you Huntington!!!!.
Drew reached 1200 for college lacrosse

I enrolled both of my high school age sons in Huntington ACT prep classes (at 2 different times). Both of them went up 6 points from the high school practice test to the actual ACT. Needless to say, I was thrilled. The classes we chose were tailored to fit each of their needs based on practice test scores, goals, classes taken at school and amount of time available. The staff was always professional, helpful and flexible. To me it was money well spent that we will make up in scholarships!!
Absolutely delighted
We recently used Huntington to prepare our child for the SSAT (entrance exam for private high school) test. They specifically targeted areas that needed work and outlined strategies for how to answer questions in order to achieve the highest score. We were absolutely delighted with the scores. The staff at Huntington Learning Center has helped strengthen my son's reading and math skills as well as his self confidence. They have also taken extra steps to help boost my son's self esteem when he was down to make him feel good about himself and his successes. They connect with my child's teachers to make sure they are doing all they can to help him succeed in school. Huntington truly cares about the whole child! 34 on ACT!
Thanks to the support, encouragement, and great instruction from the Huntington Elmhurst teachers and staff, our daughter scored a 34 on her ACT! After being stuck at 30 on her ACT practice tests for a few months, the teachers fine-tuned her instruction to maximize her score.
