After attending Huntington his junior year and bringing up his ACT score to 29, Carter was recruited by twelve top schools and accepted by almost all of them including Grinnell, Denison, Ohio Wesleyan and Worcester Polytech. Carter was interested in playing football but also in engineering and business management. As a Lake Norman Charter School student, he had played football but he was offered merit scholarships by all of the colleges that accepted him. We thank you once again for all you did over the years to help Carter succeed. We are looking forward to the next chapter in his life!
